Step-through frame

The top tube drops almost to the pedals, so you step on sideways rather than swinging a leg over. Across forty stops a shift your knees and back notice the difference.

Battery slides out of the frame

The 48 V 60 Ah pack holds 2,880 Wh, weighs 12.7 kg and comes out in one motion. 125 km on throttle, up to 193 km with pedalling, 6–7 hours to charge.

Coil suspension front and rear

An 80 mm travel fork and a 50 mm coil shock at the back: kerbs and cobbles stop landing in your lower back, even with a loaded thermal box.

20 × 4 wheels and hydraulics

Short 20-inch wheels on wide rubber hold tram rails and turn around where a 26-inch bike gets stuck. Hydraulic brakes on 180 mm rotors.

How do I collect the Juliet in Warsaw?

At our Warsaw branch we hand the bike over, show you how the battery comes out and sign the contract on the spot. We are also in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk and Katowice.

Do I need a driving licence for the Eahora Juliet?

No. We hand the bike over limited to 25 km/h with pedal assist, the legal e-bike mode in Poland. Full power is unlocked only for private property.

Will the Juliet fit my height?

The maker quotes 160–195 cm. With the low frame and a saddle that drops right down, 160 cm is no obstacle: both feet reach the ground at the lights.

How far does one charge go?

Up to 193 km with pedalling and around 125 km on throttle alone. Working the city with a loaded box, expect 110–140 km — two shifts.

How is the Juliet different from the Romeo Pro?

Same battery, different frame and wheels: the Juliet has the step-through frame and 20-inch wheels for dense city work, the Romeo Pro 26-inch wheels and 200 W more motor.

What does the rent cover besides the bike?

We do. Brake pads, spokes, chain, suspension setup and a battery swap when capacity drops are all covered. You pay the rent and the electricity.

What does it take for the Juliet to become mine?

Up to 70% of what you have paid in rent counts towards the buy-out price, which usually means full ownership in about 18 months.

The bike will not move — how fast is a swap?

Call the hotline. We bring a replacement or take yours to the workshop. Across Warsaw we are with you inside an hour, elsewhere the same day.

Does it work through the winter?

Yes. The electronics are IPX6-rated and the battery is removable, so it spends the night indoors. The 4-inch rubber grips wet asphalt better than a slim city tyre.
